Boundary Line Adjustment & Agreements

A boundary line adjustment, also known as a lot line adjustment, accommodates a transfer of land between adjacent separate lots to allow for modification of common property lines. A boundary line agreement process allows affected landowners to resolve a boundary dispute through a legal agreement.

Topographic & Base Mapping

We create an as-built topographic map of your property to support land use planning, pre-construction design work, and permitting requirements.

Short Subdivision

Short Subdivision is a process for dividing land into four (4) or fewer lots. We facilitate county applications and submittals and see the project through your county’s review process.

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey

ALTA Surveys are designed to cater to lenders and title companies for commercial property developments. These surveys include information that buyers, sellers, and insurers want to know prior to purchasing, developing, or lending.

Elevation Certificates & FEMA Surveys

We provide elevation certificates for insurance purposes. If your property is in a flood hazard area, we can investigate methods to remedy it and even potentially remove it from the FEMA floodplain.

Building Staking & Placement

Lincoln County Land Surveying offers limited construction staking services for building placement and simple road layout.

Easement & Exhibit Preparation
